2. Quotations & Acceptance

  • A quotation becomes binding once accepted in writing or once installation work begins.

  • Prices may vary if site conditions differ from those originally discussed.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified on your invoice.

  • Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due upon completion of installation.

  • We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments in accordance with UK law.

Equipment supplied remains our property until full payment has been received.

4. Installation & Access

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

  • Ensure power supply and necessary permissions are available.

  • Inform us of any known structural, electrical, or access issues in advance.

We reserve the right to pause or cancel work if conditions are unsafe.

5. Equipment & Warranty

  • Equipment supplied may carry manufacturer warranties.

  • We will assist with warranty claims where applicable.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, third-party interference, or unauthorised modifications.

Ongoing support terms may vary depending on your agreed service arrangement.

6. Performance & Limitations

While we install professional-grade networking equipment and optimise performance:

  • WiFi speeds depend on your internet service provider.

  • Environmental factors (walls, interference, property layout) may affect coverage.

  • We cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet service.

Where improvements are not possible due to structural or provider limitations, we will advise accordingly.

7. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • If cancelled within 48 hours of a scheduled installation, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable cancellation fee.

  • Deposits (if applicable) may be non-refundable where equipment has already been ordered.

8. Liability

We will carry out all services with reasonable care and skill.

However:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • We are not responsible for faults caused by third-party internet providers.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
